GISM currently conduct degree programmes with Massey University College of Business and the College of Sciences. The fields of study vary from Business to Computing. These degree programmes carry the below accreditations:

 

UGC(Sri Lanka) Approved

Degree programmes conducted by GISM are affiliated with Massey University, New Zealand. Massey University is a top 300 University in the world ranking, and a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) which in turn recognised by UGC and all over the world.
 

AACSB International accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Of around 10,000 business schools in the world, fewer than 600 are accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

Massey University College of Business has achieved international accreditation for its business degrees: Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS).

 

ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants, aimed to offer business-relevant, first-choice qualifications to people of application, ability and ambition around the world who seek a rewarding career in accountancy, finance and management.

Students studying the Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) at Massey University, may be exempt from up to nine of ACCA’s 14 papers.

 

CIMA (The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) is the world’s leading and largest professional body of management accountants. They have 172,000 members and students in 165 countries.
The completion of specific Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) papers provides exemptions from specified CIMA examinations.

 
Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accountancy (including a specified set of papers) qualifies a graduate for admission as a provisional member to the College of Chartered Accountants. Full membership (CA) follows completion of practical experience requirements and professional examinations.
 
Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accountancy (including a specified set of papers) qualifies a graduate for admission to CPA Australia as an Associate Member. Full membership (CPA) follows completion of practical experience requirements and professional examinations.
 
Our BBS with a Finance major is recognised by the CFA Institute, through its Program Partner endorsement with Massey University, as closely tied to professional practice and well-suited to preparing candidates to sit the CFA examinations. CFA Institute has endorsed fewer than 110 business schools worldwide as Program Partners.
