The EDBA programme has been designed for the executives having sufficient experience at the middle and senior management levels and those who really need to enhance their theoretical knowledge in the areas such as Management, Finance Marketing, Quantitative Techniques, Business Economic and Human Resource Management. The GISM ensures that both of these executives may benefit from this delivery to learn in a well planned classroom environment with state-of-art technology and possess with a recognized academic qualification. In future prospective, this course will provide the participants with an adequate knowledge with a proper training background to study further for degree like MBA, if anybody desires to do so.
The course materials and the delivery system of this EDBA have been organized in such a way that this programme will bridge the gap between the practical knowledge gained in their own fields of the participants and the theoretical knowledge in relevant field. This course will also provide an opportunity for the executives who are holding a first degree to sharpen their management skills.
In the selection procedure of this Diploma, a special process with high emphasis will be followed in order to recruit a batch of participants whose practical experience and the position that they hold in their own organizations to be comparable with their peers in the batch. Hence, every opportunity is given to share the knowledge among the participants and to feel more comfortable with the peers during the whole period of the course.
Course Details
The programme of study is leading to EDBA shall include 8 compulsory courses each being of 36 hrs of class room work and a project report. The 8 compulsory course modules are as follows:

The project report shall be compiled by individual participants on the basis of a study on a certain aspect of an organization in relation to its’ business.
Entry Requirement: previous experience in Business & Management field (idealy mid-senior executive level)
